I started my day with two glasses of water on an empty stomach then had my cup of coffee (1 tsp of Nescafe, 3 tsp of fat free coffee mate, 2 tsp of sugar) followed by a low fat labneh (Pinar) sandwich and a glass of skimmed milk!
Pinar labneh is a Turkish labneh and is among my favorite labneh’s! It has a rich and intense creamy taste!
Did you know that you need 8tbsp of Labneh to get the 300 mg of Calcium found in a glass of Milk ? Thus never forget your glass of milk in the morning!
