Jammal sur mer ..

I started my day with two glasses of water on an empty stomach then had my coffee (1 tsp of Nescafe, 3 tsp of fat free coffee mate, 2 tsp of sugar) followed by a cheese sandwich!

My delicious breakfast sandwich made with 30 g of brown Arabic bread, 45 g of feta cheese sprinkled with oregano and a cucumber!

I had lunch at Jammal restaurant located in Batroun (North of Lebanon) and that serves fresh seafood all along with succulent Lebanese mezze!

I won’t talk much about the setting, the music and the view as i strongly recommend you to try it before the end of summer!

I started my lunch with tabbouleh, fattouche and 3 tbsp of hummus…

Then i had 200 g of grilled fish!

As an afternoon snack i had three triangles of watermelon and a mini-pastry roll!

For dinner i had two bran toasts with 30 g of Camembert and two slices of parma ham!
